Job Responsibility:

• Deep Knowledge of WordPress Hook, Request Life Cycle, WordPress Database & Basic RDBMS.
• Excellent proficiency in core PHP & OOP,  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Problem solver, good at documentation utilization (WordPress, Elmentor, third-party API documents, etc.).
• Developing Elementor widgets is a significant advantage, but it’s not mandatory.
• Gutenberg block development knowledge is a plus, good team player and reports to the team leader.
• Good at communication and agile collaboration with team members.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins to enhance site functionality.
• Optimize WordPress back-end functionalities for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex back-end issues, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our WordPress solutions.
• Ensure the security of WordPress installations by following best practices and guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Academic Qualification: 

• Skills Required: PHP, WordPress, Raw PHP, WordPress Development, WordPress Plugin Development, PHP Programming, WordPress Theme and Plugin Development, Advanced WordPress Development.
• Academic Qualification: At least graduation or diploma at CSE. But we don’t care about your academic background if you’re a well-versed and good fit for the position.
• Others: Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.

Workplace : Mirpur-6, Dhaka (very close to Mirpur 10 Metro station)

Experience :

• At least 2 years. 

Salary :

• Up to 30,000-40,000 BDT per month.
